Cycling in Corona times

Cycling excursions are recommended

  • great for mental health
  • easy to keep your distance
  • lots of fresh air
  • faster and more exciting than walking but not really any more strenuous! 🙂
  • stay safe! best to keep within your comfort zone for now

If you are booked on a trip with us (with or without date), it is wise (and your back&behind will be grateful) if you practice as much as possible with as many hours as possible on a bike. Get out there or sit on a stationary bike – whatever it takes, enjoy the ride!!!
